Ok I bought a reman carb, it runs just fine when warmed up, and ok when totally cold except for the first few seconds. In the first 3 min as it begins to warm up, the jeep stalls when pulling out. I've already got the accel pump set to the top slot where it will dump in the most fuel. The choke t-stat is set a good bit to the rich side, and any more makes it tough to start when hot. It just seems like the choke spring warms up way too fast. Is one with a slower rate avail?
It also comes down from high idle too quickly. (choke plate clearance and idle cam set to specs. And no, the thermo air cleaner dosen't work, but i didn't need it with the old carb.
Please help (until i get the $ for GM tbi !!!)
