capacitor

I'm working on my jeep tonight fixing minor things. Installing a new capacitor, old one had its wire broke off from PO. Which side of the coil does the wire from the capacitor hook up to, or is it the one wire from the coil hookup that isn't attached to anything?

I beleive all that is is for radio noise Suppressor. Anyhow it hooks to the + side

the loose wire was once attached to the condenser.

Thanks, I knew it was for noise supression, Just not sure which side to hook it to. Appreciate it.
