vortec 350 engine swap?

I have reserched this some and I need alot of help with this. I do not know much at all when it comes to AMC stuff and quadratrack. What all do I need to do a complete swap? Can I use my same trans and tranfer case? I know about advanced adapters and such. I like the chevy vortec 350 engine. Does my jeep even have a transfer case? See how much I know LOL......thanks alot for the help. If yall have a link to another post listing everything to do that would help. I have not found it in my serch of this site.
