spider gear removal

i got the carrier out, got the pin in the spider gears out, now how do i get the spider gears OUT of the carrier.......trying to install a loc-rite locker

just rotate the axle one way or the other and the will walk out of the teeth since yo uhave the pin out ,play with it you will see they will rotate out

oh ok, only problem is i have the whole carrier out. (no axle shafts to rotate) but ill see if i can turn them by hand

oh i guess you took everything apart ,doing a complete clean up ?

yup rebuilding the whole axle, figured id do the locker while i was at it
