Holley Off road 4 barrel kit. Does it work?

For you guys that have holley 4 barrels and have seen used the Holley aftermarket kits for offroading. Does this mod kit solve the 'Holley Flood/STALL" routine on the steeps?

Edelbrocks off road kit helps a lot I would not say it eliminates it. Holley is the same idea I believe ;)
