Hello people,
Yesterday I went 4 wheeling and noticed a clicking noise on full right lock in 4wd, the sound was not too unlike a front wheel drive car with dying cv joints.
Any suggestion as to what it may be and how do I fix it??
Thanks again guys.

Check the front axel u joints. You can see them at the end of the axel tubes. Either that or it might be the shackle bushings.

Thanks, just so you know it's a Dana 20 with the twin screwdriver operated manual hubs.
Also as I am a newbie, what are the shackle bushings?
Thanks Jeepguzzi

shackle bushings are the bushings between the bolt and the sleeve of the hinge that holds your leaf-spring to your frame. they wear out fairly slowly and some need lube, when you replace them, try to get poly. bushings.
