fan shroud?

Will a CJ fan shroud work on a J series or Waggy. If so collins brothers has new one for about 80. or salvage yards for less.

I doubt it, CJs use differently sized radiators.

You can make your own fan shroud out of some thin sheet-metal with a drill, tin-snips, and rivets.

A jig saw with a fine-tooth metal-cutting blade, a dremel tool, and a welder would obviously make this much easier and faster.

Use cardboard to make a mock-up and templates, and work from there.

That is how I built mine. I used 1/16 alum sheet and small sheet metal screws. Should have taken it off of my last jeep. I was proud of that thing.
