Dual Gas Tank Install???

I have an extra gas tank for my J Truck and was wondering if anyone has made a dual setup on their truck? Seems like it should(?) be easy enough to accomplish.
Could a person set up a mirror image of the drivers side tank on the passengers side?

I'd think if you installed it under the passenger saide you'd have to spend some dough re-arranging/re-routing the exhaust system.
I was thinking of the identical idea w/ a 15 on the other side and the a custom gas tank guy did everything he could to talk me out of it, even though it was the most expensive option. (God bless the honest mechanic...) He said the exhaust sys would have to move.
But I didn't want the tank in the bed or where the spare goes, so I'm stuck w/the puny 15 gal til I make up my mind.

My rig came with dual exhaust (aftermarket homemade) which travel down the frame rails and exit in front of the rear tires, so exhaust is not an issue.
I think I will hold onto the x-tra tank for S-and-Giggles anyways. After I recoup from my surgery, I will take a closer look at mounting it on the passenger side.
