i tried searching, but did not find the details i need. i am getting ready to mount my 37x13x16.5 bogger on mod hummer rims and want to know what has been tried. i dont want to pad balance them b/c of the pads coming loose. i was thinking bout equal powder, but it doesnt like water. has any body got a liquid ie antifreeze, or tried running golf balls like the old truckers do?????

tape weights work wonders.... I love them... you can hide them well.. and never lost any

yeah... that is all I use.... once applied I tap them with a rubber mallet evenly and I have yet to lose tape weights.... AS LONG AS THE RIM IS CLEAN PRIOR TO ADHESION

Yeah tape weights are good. One trick we use at the shop is to clean the rim good, like river beast said, then lay down the weights, again just like riverbeast said, and put duct tape over the tape weights. Sounds cheesy I know, but it will prolong the weight adhesive for quite awhile. But make sure that the rim is CLEAN!!!!! By the way, the antifreeze and golf ball thing--I see truckers come in with this crap in their tires. None of them wear as well as a balanced or equaled tire.
