Does anyone know of any good fuel injection kits for old AMC 360's with a 2-barrel intake? I'm kind of thinking of something like a GM TBI set-up.

I bought a used Holley projection set up off of ebay...
completely rebuilt it ....and i'm still under 450 installed on a stock 2bbl intake....

the custome efis cost around 800+...

I'll never go back to a carb, that is for sure....
under 300 auction right now....

Hey mccullough_89_GW,
Do you think that 670 is too much for a 360? What do you have on yours? Craig

Hey G/M I just finished installing the Holley Commander 950 TBI fuel injection system,700cfm 4bbl. not a simple kit, requires above level mechanical skills, or keep your phone handy for TECH SPT, I'm happy now that im finished, but I wish I had shopped around maybe tried the Howell fuel injection kit,any way if you have any questions just ask... I installed the 950 Commander sys, Edelbrock Performer Intake,Performer Cam and chain gear set,Edelbrock NOS 100HP power wet system set up, MSD ignition unit and distributer, It all looks great installed and its like night/day under the hood and espically after I turn the Key/only downside was the cost envolved in this set up, you gotta love your truck, because no one else will..

jeepcraze - 670 will be fine for a 360 - a fuel injection setup can utilize a larger throttle body since airspeed is not a concern - airspeed is essential to a carburetor's ability to carry fuel in suspension and also to operate vaccuum derived functions such as the power valve and vacuum operated secondaries - you'll be able to run up to an 800 cfm fuel injection in place of a 600 cfm carburetor
