Quick timing chain question.

I have an 82 360 and I was wondering what the chain width is? I think it is 1/2 but someone told me they only had a 7/8 and 3/4. Also if mine is only 1/2 in wide should I get a new timing set and a wider chain?

Went through this before, I think it is 1/2". I would just get the whole timming set. Double roller. Thats what I have done, never a problem.

Does anyone know the product # for the double roller?
When I looked all I saw was the edelbrock one and the other two you mentioned above. Maby I am just looking over something?

I don't think you can get a true double roller for the AMC v8 but the roller is good.

my timing chain is like 3/4", and the parts person at the desk asked me if I wanted the standard chain or the double roller, so I think they exist.
