I have a loose hose which looks like its it is coming from the front axle. Is it a vent hose? It has a metal clip around the end of the hose, but I'm not sure where its supposed to be secured. There is a white plastic plug? in the end of the hose. I think that it must have come loose while I was driving through snow drifts. We got a lot of snow yesterday. Does anybody have any guesses to what I have loose and where it should be secured.

If the plastic plug covers the end of the hose, it's a vent hose. It needs to go up inside the engine comaprtment. Mine runs over the wheel well a little behind the steering pump. I have no idea where the stock location is, but get it as high as you can.

Dude, where's my rig?

Why do my cars break down when my wife drives them?

Stock, it attaches to the upper fan-shroud bolt on the side where the differential is located.
