Does anyone know what axles are in 87 GW? Will they interchange with a 86 GW?

Mine's a '87 and it has Dana 44 front and Dana 60 rear. I don't know what an 86 has.

87's have D44's front and rear. An 86 could also if it's a late 86. The early 86's ran an AMC20 rear axle and D44 front. An 86 AMC20 should be a bolt-in to replace the D44 in yours. Just be sure the donors axle ratio is the same as the old one your removing.
