The CAST IRON Quadratrac transfer case on my '75 Cherokee exploded. I found replacements in a '74
and '79. Does anone know if any changes were made in this case within these years?

The QT is actually cast aluminum. For some reason, my cast iron Dana 20 is much lighter than a QT smile.gif
As far as I know, all QT's are the same. The only change could be the low range unit (may or may not have it) or the linkage going to it, which used to be a cable and was changed to a lever (I think).
If the price is reasonable, I would buy it.
Good luck.
