Clutch Disc?

If you put the clutch disc in backwards will that make you lose most of your clutch adustment?

You can still adjust it sorta. Well go through the motions anyway...but it won't help. :( Crunchy grindy forever....if it's backwards no matter what you do it won't work.

Yip, the springs stick out towards the back. Backwards they would hit the flywheel.

Actually the springs did'nt hit.Just couldn't get enough adjustment.I looked at the old clutch and flywheel to compare.I think what happened was I put the disc in facing the wrong way and the throw out bearing can not engage enough.
