65 Wag Help!!!!!!

Just got the 65 Wag from the Ruined Jeep post in General Discussion! It has the 230 Tornado in it and I can't find much info on that!! The ignition has been ripped out and I have no idea how to get it to start. Does anyone have a wiring diagram?
I looked at the back of my 69's ignition and there is like 10-15 wires connected to the back of that!! No Idea What To Do!!! Any ideas??

Well I would have the switch and maybe a good hunk of the wires from the 68, beyond that I'm sure it's as much of a mess under there as most prefuse block rigs. Email me if you think you need it.

Your local stealership might have a wiring diagram in an old shop manual...good luck..what about your 69..they should be similar..maybe. :rolleyes:

I just purchased a wiring diagram for my 1970 that should be the same as yours. I dont have it in hand yet, but your free to a copy of it when it gets here- probably a week or so.

STart it from the seliniod. you might have to run a hot wire from + terminalto the coil ,so you have spark. I wouldn't keep it like this but its what i do on junkers with no keys.GOOD LUCK

Anthony I'll email you the schematic, it's already in my puter.
I needed to write up the colors codes anyway for my own rig so I'll be working on that tonight and when I get it done I'll send it also. It's from a different TSM but for the 230 Wags and Trucks but it's such fine print even with my glasses on I still need a magnifying glass so it's going slow. Can your puter read .xls(excel) files or do I need to print/scan it and sent it as a .jpg?

I have Excel at work! I can print it out at work also! So the excel file will be fine!! Thanks alot!!!!
