Hello,
I am trying to piece together my own TBI system and have 90% of the parts needed so it is time to start thinking about programming a chip. I was wondering if anyone here that has an 88 Service manual and access to a scanner could possibly scan those pages in and e-mail them to me? I would greatly appreciate it. Hopefully, I can get this done by the time I am in colder weather (moving soon).

You might check out TPIGuy's website:

www.customefis.com (http://www.customefis.com)

He's got a page explaining his efforts to mimic the factory ignition curve.

Despite that, I know JeepJake has had trouble getting TPIGuy's system to provide good take-off power, even though it runs very well in all other driving conditions.

Well, I have the DIY manual he sells but the actual factory timing specs is what I need. I am sure it would be just easiest to hand over the money and buy a chip burnt by him for the AMC 360, but I think his price is a bit high considering I can do the same thing myself for $3.50 (cost of the Eprom) and about 2 weeks time.
