Brake Problem Indicator Light

My 91 Wag brake indicator light started burning yesterday. I notice the pedal feels a little sluggish. There is no grinding like the brake pads are out. Any idea about the problem?

Also, White Walls, White Letter, or black for the soon to be bought set? Tire Suggestions?

Have you looked at the fluid level in the master cyl? I'd guess you've got a leak somewhere.
