did the channel come loose from the glass or the regulator?

glass came disconnected from the channel

Mine did the same thing. Took the tailgate apart and the duck tape came off. Don't know if duck tape is factory or not. :rolleyes: The window was taped to the rail I just replaced it and it worked again.

I think that the black windshield adhesive is what you're looking for, available at any parts store. Good luck.

Did the glass come off the tracks on the sides or the channel at the bottom.
If it was the channel at the bottom, then the rubber ,between the channel and glass, is shot or the channel is shot. You can buy either of those at bjsoffroad, i think. You can also make the rubber piece. Just go to an autoparts store and buy a roll of cork n' rubber, it is used to make gaskets. Then cut strips, about an 1" or so wide and as long as possible. Glue those, with silicone, along the bottom of the glass. Then push the glass into the channel. I hope this helps sorry it is so long.
