View Full Version : Sunroof? Yes or No

I found a Factory Sunroof today at a local yard, not sure if I want to install it or not. Looking for some imput.

Not sure how hard it would be but they look really nice on a 2 door.

Tear a hole from the front to the back and put a motorized Targa top on it then you'll be kool smile.gif

You might want to take the entire roof panel, and the headliner.......

Ive done it to a rx-7 without much difficulty. cut the area around the sunroof of the donor car as wide as you can, and the same shape just smaller on your roof. then just lay the sunroof in and weld around it. to make it smooth use a fiberglass filler and sand it down and paint it. takes a few days, but in the end, YOU HAVE A SUNROOF. nuf said

Yes like chiefwidetrack said. If you take get it take the roof panel and especially the headliners front and back . They are different than a standard wag.
