78 401 starter question

What side is the starter on in a 78 Cherokee 401?

Ok thanks. I thought so. Anyone know the difference in wiring between the 78 401 starter and the 89 258 starter? If the wiring is different, can the starters be interchanged?

According to Parts America's on-line catalogue they are the exact same. The part numbers match for both years and all different starter manufacturers.
