Especially those in the south. I am collecting my options of what to do with my 258 with the bad rod. So, do you have any recomondations of:
A. Total rebuild engine
B. where to have Machine work (if I decide to tackle this myself)
C. Someplace that has low mile used 258's
D. Anyone to help me for food and beer!
As with all of us, Cost is going to be the major factor. I want to keep my chero, I even like the 258. I plan to stick stock unless others have good reasons not to. why this one crapped out on me and everyone else gets 300+k out of theirs is sad. jeep gods are mad at me for not wheeling enough! anyway, all thoughts are welcome, hoping to pull together enough to get a engine for christmas. HOPING
