Installing some GW electric seats in my 1980 J10. I need to know where on the fuse block to pick up power for them. You guys with them in your trucks, could someone take a good clear pic of the fuse block? Maybe a good description of where to get power would do. I could go look at the 1987 GW I got them out of but its likely to be a completely different fuse block.

I can check, they run off a breaker though, not a fuse.

Why not run a 10 gauge wire from the battery to a 25 amp breaker then to the seats?

64, sure I can. I just thought I would hook them up to the fuse block like they're supposed to be. Turns out, they're NOT supposed to be hooked up to the fuse block. Probably explains why I couldn't find a place for a fuse for them.
I'll just grab a fuse holder or breaker and wire them up. If they connect to a breaker, my truck wouldn't have it since it came with a bench. Problem solved.
Thanks guys.

Mine are fused at 25 amps, with no problems. Mine are in my GE, which had the original Jeep, with the auto recline feature built in.
For now, I'm using the driver's seat out of my parts wag, but the seat mounts came out of my dearly departed 87 GW.
Ran the seats directly to the battery, with an inline 25 amp fuse.
