400 TH or x-case

Does your 400 make noise in 1st gear or reverse? Or could it be the D-20??

I certainly am not an expert but, I know that my TH 400 is quiet (unless its really cold outside.) The D20 is much quieter than most of the other tcases that I have heard in 2H or 4H. Sounds like it could be a project. :D .

What kind of a noise is it? Mine does not make any noise in reverse or 1st, only at high speeds :( but that is a different story. Discribe the noise to us so we can know for sure.
