Is this normal.. with rear end in the air / tranny in neutral.. spin the drive shaft , both wheels spin in opposite direction ... spin just the right wheel and the left wheel spins in same direction... okay now spin just the left wheel.. and the right wheel does not turn at all ??

yes, i think so, something to do with the planitaries.

spin just the right wheel and the left wheel spins in same direction...
