exactly what is involved in swapping in an np435(ford 2wd) with my dana 20 and 304. i think the tranny is a direct bolt on, ont the t-case needs an adapter. am i way off base??

The Ford NP205 will bolt onto a T-150 or T-176 bellhousing that has the ford bolt pattern. You might need an advance adapter pilot bearing if the NP435 is a diffent size. These are about $25.
Then you would need a transfer case adapter to get the Dana 20 to bolt up. These are around $450-$500.

I have a NP435 with a passenger side NP205 or a Dana 300 will also bolt up. If you are intersted let me know. I would want $400 for it.
