Link works, the RRT board has a pic upload function, better to post there than at my Angelfire site and get the stupid box...

Nice setup. How did you bend the tie rod and keep the tie rod end in the right position?

Made up the cardboard template to figure out the length, degrees of bend, and tie rod end orientation. Clamped it in the vise at work, heated it up with the torch until dull red, bent with pipe by hand, air cooled. It should be OK but I do plan to add gusset plates to the outer radius of both bends with the MIG welder.
