Rear End Vibration

After finally getting the GW back together and running good, I was driving her around the other day. After some time of driving, it started to develop a vibration in the back end when accelerating from stop. But it didn't happen all of the time.

Anyone have any ideas on what this could be, and how to fix it???

... Check the U-Joints for to much play and see if one is hotter than the other.
