I seen a redish/orange Cherokee somplace way back. I think it had a 454 in it.
It had louvers in the hood to let heat out.
I was woundering if anyone seen it ,and how hard is it to get this done?
Thanks.

Seems to me that that Jeep suffered a fatal car accident. I remember the owner talking about it on the 1FSJ BBS.

Yep. George Andrews' "Big Orange". Last I heard, he'd salvaged the 454 and bought a "new" Cherokee to start building. http://www.ifsja.org/ubb/biggrin.gif

Thanks everyone.
I know of a great fab shop. I'll start there.
I didn't know if this was somthing a body shop could do or if a big press was needed.
Thanks again.

I friend of mine had a Wagoneer that had the old Mopar style double hood scoops on the hood for cooling. Sounds stupid but the truck did look pretty cool http://www.ifsja.org/ubb/smile.gif. They were the low profile off of a challenger type vehicle. They do still sell aftermarkets of these.
