Spindle Lock Tabs

I have a '73 J-4000. Does anyone know where to get replacement lock tabs (three per wheel) so that the six bolts that hold the spindle and the brake backing plate to the steering knuckle don't come loose? I suppose I could just use loc-tite, but I'd prefer a mechanical lock. I've checked with all of our parts shops and noone seems to know where to get them.

Used to find them at a trailer shop here in town until about 4-5 years ago, I'm sure someone still has them some place. Last couple of times I just used those thin star shaped lock washers (here's a real name for these but it's early) that compress and bite into the metal surface. Never had one back off on me.
