Yah it's a piece of cake really..........your grille surround is just bolted to this front header panel.......and also screwed on, along with the headlight bezels.....The header is also bolted and screwed in place...I'm assuming you mean to have another header with the Rhino s/u installed onto it to replace your stock right? If so, it's not hard at all..........

yea, i was gona take just the rhino, the lights and dtuff. but i looked at it. i dont want to take the bolts out of the rhino. plus, where are all the bolts and screws? i can see the ones on top, and u mentioned the screws behind the headlights. anywhere else?

According to a manual I have...this header is called a front face panel, it's attached to the front baffle (the radiator support part). I think on my 79 Wide Track, it had screws up underneath (behind bumper area) and where the grille bolted down...I'll go look again...these may well be bolts and not screws...but I do know that it was easy when I had to replace my 88's face panel as it was damaged...so I take it you are retaining the original Rhino s/u's face panel because the headlamps opening are the correct size opposed to your 79's?

I'll let yah know tomorrow...I just know that I put an older face panel from a 83 Cherokee on mine, and went with a 81's grille instead of the stock 88's.......

Not too hard to do. Just a lot of bolts in weird spots to mess with, and no doubt some are rusted tight. If you do the rhino conversion, make sure your hood release is compatible. You might want the setup from the rhino donor. You may need to cut a hole on top of the header panel for the release to fit in, if you have a newer rig.
