Rhino grille on 1971 J2000

Because I am not an accomplished body man, I am wondering if it is possible, without a lot of complications, to take the front body assembly (grille, fenders, hood, etc.) from a 1969 J200 and put the grille, etc on the front of my 1971 J2000 making it a "rhino". Is it complicated? Are the parts compatible? Does anything interchange without major body work? Never done this before, so any advice is appreciated.

Unless you need to replace the fenders and hood, you shouldn't need to go to that much work. To do my conversion, I used just the light buckets and grille. I fabbed some mounts for some smaller lights to go in the smaller center holes. It was a VERY EASY conversion, but it definitely changes the looks of the truck. I should have my bezels installed this week. I dropped off the drawing to a friend of mine and he should have them made Tuesday or Wednesday. I'll post pix and details when they are completed.

On my 90 gw when I do the rhino thang I was thinkin of using my fog light wiring for those extra lights,its all there with the switch why not use it?
