Closing doors in the winter?

Has anyone modified their J10 so that the doors close easily with the windows up, I've seen one way vents on other vehicles but wondered if anyone has done this to a J10.

You think that the doors are hard to shut because the truck is sealed so well? I am not saying that it is not true, just find it hard to imagine. We are talking about a Jeep right?? :D Have the striker plates been adjusted and lubed?
