what you have is bad lip seals in the forward clutch//// reverse works great but no forward gears its time for a rebuild i have a real hands on junk yard type of video that will walk you through the rebuild

Yah Mikie, great video...I put it in for the first time right after I got it, and thought it was awesome...I have the same clutch spring compressor you got too..anyway when rewinding it, the dang VCR quit, so the tape is stuck in there till I get it out :( ....

Before rebuilding, I would try a flush and new fluid & filter. Sometimes you can get a few more miles out of a T400 that way. Krista's dad got another year out of his that way. Either way, you are looking at a rebuild soon... :(
