Blue module under fusebox

Hi:

Blew my A/C fuse. When under dash I saw for the first time a blue module pluged into a socket attached to the bottom of the fusebox...

Enquiring minds have to know. What is it?

Only blue module I can think of plugged into the fuse box would be the buzzer for your "keys in ignition" or "lights on" dinger.
