Fellow FSJer's, My question is this. During the removal of the pulse air tube from my '86 GW, I snapped a couple of studs that hold the tubes to the manifolds. Does anyone have any ideas or solutions other than drilling? These are hollow studs and they are in frozen in the exhaust manifold. Use heat? EZ out? Help!

Had the same problem on one of mine Tried easy out but didnt have heat nor did I have that stuff that sposed to do miracles on rust, just some liquid wrench. Wound up takin it to the machinist and had it removed and the thing planed while there.

I used one of those reverse threaded drill bits for broken bolts and it worked great
