Lots of us have been through this search before and as yet, there is no ready made lift for the older trucks. Your only real option is to order custom springs from one of the manufacturers.
The only other way I can think of, would be to relocate your front springs under the frame and fab new front spring perches. That will give you some lift then the rear will need work but you will have to think that one through, I no longer have my J4000. I never really considered lifting it so I never took the time to see what could be done about the rear part of a lift.

Go to a local spring shop, if they're good they should have a book with all the specs and just ask them to make the springs X" above stock. It will definitely be more expensive than a kit but is probably your only option. I had springs made for my '71 I think they were ~$350 a pair.
It may be helpful for them to have a spring pack to take measurements off of.

You can add Scout II 3" lift springs to your stock mainleafs up front, flip the shackle in the rear or add a 3" lift block. Longer brake lines ('72-'76 CJ w/4" lift from Goodrich), and longer shocks and your in business!
