Just finished my rusty's 4" on my 81 J10. Was wondering what backspacing others are running with 35's. I notice currently the 31's are only about 1" away from the leafs, so I no I need some different rims, but what bs? Thanks for help, Dennis

Well here it goes...and you owe me a tire change BTW ;) .
You can fit 35's but you may have some rubbing at full flex.
I have about an inch when my 33's are tucking into the wheelwells.
As for my tires I have 33X12.5's on a stock wagon wheel style 15X8.
The backspacing on this wheel is 4.25".
For the space between the tire and the springs at the rear, I have about a fingers width...not much!
BTW...35's and 33's are the same width, but you probally already aware of that :D .
Oh yes, I also have the Rusty's 4"
HTH.
