Thanks for the posts walking me like a 4 year old thru the exhaust upgrade. It took forever(7+ hours) even though I had everything in order except one pipe.
The first time I fired it up I had a horrible exhaust leak at the manifolds, but that is almost completely taken care of now (just a slight tick when I really romp on it).
It motors along like a big dog now that I eliminated all the smog goo, including the cat. There is certainly tons more power and room under the hood as well. I got lucky with the banjo bolts, no breakage. The re-install using Bobs shaven bolt method worked like a charm and looks super-clean.
Thanks again to you guys for making it as easy as a mechanical moron could have expected. It sounds so !!#&%^@@ing cool compared to stock that I am well pleased with the outcome. My neighbors hate 'Woodstock' even more! :D
