Getting the rotors off my auto hub 76 j20

I cant figure out how to get the rotors off. This is my first breakjob on the truck and I just wanna get the rotors off to get them turned. Ive gotten the auto hub cover off and not I just need to figure out whats next. thanks

Check the tech archives. Theres a good write up on how to do it there. You'll need a special socket for the lock nuts.

There should be a spring that pulls off then the mechanism should slide out after that you have to have a 4 wheel drive socket for the locknuts but remember put everythinng in the order it came out when u put it somewhere.

Where do I get the socket? Are their any guides other than the one on the tech area?

The haynes manual explains it pretty well. You can pick up the socket at any good parts store for around $10-$15.
