TFI Upgrade Question

OK I have a couple of questions concerning the TFI upgrade for an 88 GW. There are 2 wires coming out of the old coil, one yellow, one green. Which one is (+) and which is (-)??? Also on the yellow side of the coil there are 2 wires. One going to the wiring harness the other going to a small cylinder I am assuming is a resister. Do I need to hook this resister up to the new TFI coil or can I leave it out??? Thanks

The yellow wires are your positive wires.The small cylinder is a RFI(radio interference)capacitor.it doesn't hurt to keep it.

Which terminal on the Ford coil do I use to hook up a tach? I can't remember.
