OT- Who knows the distance between CJ-7 shackles?

My friend needs to know, since he is putting CJ-7 lift springs on a 3A frame, he needs to know, since the springs aren't on the vehicle.

nobody knows? I need the stock CJ-7 distance from spring hangar to spring hangar of one spring.

I just measured my hubby's 82 CJ-7. The distance in between each front leaf springs was 26in.

He is running a 4in BDS lift. Don't know if that makes a difference or not.

Is your buddy's a WT or NT? 82 was the 1st year for the WT CJ.

I don't have the slightest about the WT, since he got the springs from a CJ-7, and he is putting them on a CJ-3A. so, the length of frame from the front of the leaf to the rear of the leaf, at the eyes, are 26"?
