Leaky steering box

My '87 Grand is running through power steering fluid very quickly. The hoses look good, and are attached firmly. Looking at the gear box, it looks like fluid is leaking from the top of it somewhere. Is this just a replaceable seal, or am I going to have to replace the box to stop the leak?

It's a re-manufactured gear box, by the way.

My P/S pump leaks all over the place. I think there is a seal between the resevoir and the pump that has gone bad. It drips fluid all over and it gets all over the steering box. Have you checked your pump to make sure it's not leaking and dripping onto the steering box?
