More Rebuild ?'s

Have a few more questions concerning my 360 V8 rebuild.
(1) What is your opinion on using silicone on the timing cover, water pump, and oil pump cover?
(2) Do I need to put any silicone or other chemical on the head gaskets?
(3) Since the cam and crank are keyed do I need to degree in the cam?

Forgot to ask Does anyone have a picture of the torque sequence for the heads. I found it on the web once before but I'm not having any luck tonight

Wag,
1. I just used every gasket in my set on the 401 and smeared the surfaces w/ a little sealant. No big gobs. I did however use strictly silicone on the front and back of the valley pan.
2.Nothing on the head gaskets.
3.If you have the single position crankshaft gear then just line the marks up between the gears and have the cam and crank lined up so it goes on exactly that way.
