help oil drain plug

oil drain plug wont tighten up leaking oil what can i do to fix this problem

Best fix is to get a new oversized plug and tap new threads in. A good temp fix is to buy the plastic drain plugs. I ran these for about 2 years. Just have to put a new one in at each oil change.
