What years will this brushguard fit? All Wagoneers or what years specific?

Should fit any 79 and up wag/chero/j-truck

It can be made to fit older ones, but would require a little fab work, nothing major

In other words, any of the models with the one-piece aluminum bumper would work with that brush guard.

Glad to see you didn't modify it to fit an XJ, might've been a tad wide anyhow.

Is that a factory brushguard? Where could I find one like that to fit my 1988 Grand Wagoneer?

yes it is a factory brush guard, come up for sale once in a while. It will fit the 88 you may have to do some minor mods to get it on, but overall it is a bolt on.

How much do they usually go for? I know that condition would be a factor. Do they make it more difficult to work under the hood - I spend allot of time there...

They very in price. i once saw one go for $250 on ebay. i got mine from a scrap yard with one of the mounts snapped off. went and got a new peace welded on and spray painted it. total cost of it was probably $70 canadian. it works great, stronger than i imagined. as for working under the hood, i haven't had any difficulty working around it. If you are looking for one i may be putting mine up for sale soon. won't work with my bodylift.

Shipping has been the big bug-a-boo on these things, they are to big
for any of the usuall UPS .. guys to take. So expect to pay in the $150
to ship one. (Then I have seen them go on the list in the $150 for the
guard itself)
