Procedure for removing brake lines?

How should I go about removing these suckers.. I have my new SS brake lines that I am ready to put in but what should I do to prep for the installation... Thanks!

Just unbolt them. You will have to blead you brakes anyway once you crack the line. So, no prep just unbolt and as long as the fittings are the same put them on.
