Recently I posted asking for advice about mounting an aluminum radiator on my J10. The radiator size is different for the 258 v. the V8s. The stock radiator was 2-row, patched, and falling apart. GDI sells a replacement 2-row, but I wanted more cooling.
I eventually had my radiator recored with a 3-row core. The shop used a 16 3/8" x 24 1/4", 2" depth core FT-6819 from Maine Auto Radiator - labeled "Willys" BTW. Looks great - though it was about $100 more than the replacement from GDI.
