Went to start the Wag this morning and it wouldn't start. Eventually the wife strolled over to my parking space before she left to work and had her spin it over while I checked for spark...long story short it appears my ECU is acting up again. Had a spare in with with my tools and plugged it in and viola it cranked right up. This is the second ECU in about 6mon and am wondering if anyone else has had this type of problem? Once the ECU is warm it'll crank right away but mornings are starting to get cool around here and I really want to resolve this issue. Any thoughts, idears, or suggestions?

Many around here have this problem. Some keep spares on hand. Some (like me) install an MSD or Jacobs ignotion box. I put one in in 1986 and have never had this problem. Don't be intimidated, it is as easy as putting in a radio.

I happened to have the old defunct spare which solved the solution this am and so I picked up the replacement unit this afternoon. I'll have to check into the MSD ign box...I had already pulled a high spark MSD coil I had from another project and man was that improvement. Thanks again for the advice.
