Internal Door Handles?

So I can get into my new Wago, but not out. On every door, the rod thingy that the handle goes onto has stripped splines. I have access to a number of Wagos in the yards, but which parts do I need? Is it just the 4 bolts around the lever and Ive got what I want? Do GW's have the same setup?

yup all the same deal. Take out the screws that hold it in, and the long linkage to the latch goes with it, one piece. ;)

Has anybody ever replaced these with something more sound than the splined handle?

Don't think there is a cronic problem with the spined handles,
never personally had a problem, but I do tell the kids not to
use the handle to close the door, and I have had to remind
them to check and see if the door is unlocked rather than
just pulling harder if it does not open easily.
